Chairman
Charles B. Alston
Charles served in the United States Army Signal Corps for two decades and retired in 1998 as a Senior Non- Commissioned Officer. He is a veteran of the Gulf War, codenamed Operation Desert Shield. After his retirement from the Army, he served as a JROTC Instructor at Thomas A. Edison High School, located in Alexandria, VA for fifteen years. He currently is a Federal Contractor at the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Director
Catherine Gagnon
Catherine has three decades of experience as an early childhood educator. She has also served as a mentor for new teachers in the Arlington Diocese and as a member of the Elementary School advisory Board. She has volunteered as a Special Olympics Coach, as a Patient care volunteer with Capital Hospice and Martha’s Table feeding the homeless in Washington, DC.

Oscar Rodney Morrow
Oscar has served the last nine years as an administrator for the Department of Veterans Health Administration (VHA). During that time, He has served as a volunteer recruiter for workforce recruitment program, assisting students with disabilities gain employment with the Federal Government. He is a retired Army Officer with over 22 years in administrative health care. He is a graduate of Alabama A&M University earning degrees in Business Management and Military Science. He spends his free time mentoring and performing community service within his fraternity.

Tina Vrabel
Tina served in different positions at AccuTek Assemblies, Inc. She has also worked at Service Source as a Program Manager. She has devoted her entire career for enabling a normalized work environment for individuals with developmental disabilities. She had served PWC Special Olympics as Family Chairperson and was a member of City of Manassas Disabilities Service Board.
Executive Director
George Jacob
George holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and a graduate degree in Materials and Supply Chain Management. He has over three decades of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain and Projects Management. He has been with E-Tron Systems, Inc. since 2007 and has served in various capacities.
